Beatrice Thelma Thomas (Dillard)

Mrs. Beatrice Thelma Thomas, age 89 of Canton, passed away Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at the Heritage Hospice Facility in Marietta, GA. Mrs. Thomas was born October 25, 1923 in West Virginia to the late Joseph and Amanda Ross Dillard. A member of the Hemptown Baptist Church and the Morganton Eastern Star, she was preceded in death by husband, Gilbert Thomas, brother, Max Dillard, and sisters, Edith McKinney, Edna Lee Withrow, and Blanche Cruse.
Survivors include: niece, Lucy McKinney, nephews, Forest (Mac) McKinney, Jr., Tommy Withrow, Bill Withrow, nieces, Lynn Dillard Doss, Gail Dillard Dockery, Julie Dillard Weeks and Karla Dillard Smedley, and nephew, Winford Cruse.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, March 30, 2013 at 2:00 pm at the Lebanon Baptist Church Cemetery.
