Barbara Vivian Bailey

Mrs. Barbara "Vivian" Bailey, age 54 of Murphy, passed away Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga, TN. Mrs. Bailey was born September 9, 1962 in Washington D.C. to the late James Leonard and Lucy Moore Leonard. She was preceded in death by her father and one grandson, Korbin Smith. In her spare time Vivian enjoyed ceramics and spending time with her grandchildren.

Survivors include: loving husband, Jeff Bailey; mother, Lucy Leonard; son, Jamie Smith; daughter, Sheena Dockery; one step-daughter, Samantha Torres; two sisters, Peggy Jordan and Brenda Jacobsen; four grandchildren, Nieko Wiley, Zoey and Zsaa Brady and Kaleb Smith; two step-grandchildren, Cody and Kaylee Lovingood; and mother-in-law, Helen Bzotte.

A memorial service will be held Sunday, July 2, 2017 at 3:00 pm at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jeff Jordan officiating.

The family will receive friends at the Cochran Funeral Home on Sunday, July 2, 2017 from 2-3 pm.
