Barbara ("Babs/Barbara T/Hunny/Battle-Axe") Ewing, aged 69, of Fayetteville, GA passed away this past Wednesday, January 16, 2019, sleeping peacefully in her bed.
She was born October 26, 1949, in Ball Ground, GA to the late John Turner and the late Lois Fowler. She grew up in Atlanta with Granny Lois and Paw-Paw Jake Fowler.
She enjoyed a cold beer, going for a long ride, spending money, decorating, cooking but not as much as eating, and she always loved a good joke.
She is survived by her husband, Bob "Hunny" Ewing, her children Bobby Morgan and Lisa Navarino, and by her step-children; Reed Ewing, Saunshae Combs, and Tamisa Ondap. Barbara is survived by her siblings Sandra Reeves, Martha Carpenter, Jeanette Turner, and her brother, Johnny Turner - Special mention to Sharon Phillips who was always like a sister.
Barbara leaves behind her grandchildren, Caitlyn Brown, Natalye Brown, Logan Christopher, Francesca Navarino, and Juelz Navarino. Barbara was preceded by her brother, Charles Turner.

The family will receive friends at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home of Blue Ridge, Sunday, January 20, 2019, from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm.
Funeral services: Sunday, January 20, 2019, at 1:00 pm at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Mt. Pisgah Cemetery.
