Barbara Ann Burrell (Smith)

Mrs. Barbara Ann Burrell, age 46, of Hiawassee, Georgia, passed away Thursday, January 31, 2013, following a brief illness. Mrs. Burrell was born Monday, July 18, 1966 in Hiawassee to Fred and Ruby Keys Smith. Mrs. Burrell was preceded in death by a daughter, Chasity Loftis.

Mrs. Burrell's memory will be cherished by all who knew her, especially her loving family members: husband, Aaron Burrell of Hiawassee; daughter, Crystal (Ben) McClure of Hayesville, North Carolina; children, Kyla Burrell, Brack Burrell, and Aiden Burrell, all of Hiawassee; parents, Fred and Ruby Keys Smith and sister, Diane Chumbler of Blairsville.

Funeral services for Barbara were held on Monday, February 4, 2013 at 2:00 pm at the Chapel of the Cochran Funeral Home of Hiawassee with the Rev. Ronnie Green officiating. Music for the service was provided by Willard Loftis and Vicki Coker. Interment followed in the Victory Baptist Church Cemetery. The following gentlemen served as pallbearers: Nolan Clark, Ben McClure, Dylan White, Stacy White, Chuck Ball and Glen Simodel.

The family received friends at the Cochran Funeral Home of Hiawassee, on Monday, February 04, 2013 between the hours of 11:00 am until 2:00 pm.
