Baby Girl Cynthia Ava Jayde Thomas

Cochran Funeral Home and Crematory of Blairsville announces funeral services for Baby Girl Cynthia Ava Jayde Thomas, two weeks old, child of Andrew Thomas and Megan Duckworth, of Young Harris, Georgia, who went to live with Jesus on Wednesday, September 19, 2012.

Baby Cynthia was born on September 4, 2012, in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Besides her parents, she leaves behind other family members: paternal grandparents, Rebecca and Larry Thomas, of Young Harris, Georgia; paternal grandfather, Jeff Spiva, of Gainesville, Georgia; maternal grandparents, Denisa Shull, of Murphy, North Carolina, and Thomas Duckworth, of Blairsville.

Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, September 22, 2012, at 11:00 a.m., in the Chapel of Cochran Funeral Home of Blairsville, with Rev. Claude Thomas officiating. Serving as pallbearers will be two grandfathers, Larry Thomas and Thomas Duckworth. Burial will be in Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home will be held on Friday, September 21, 2012, between the hours of 5 until 9 p.m.
