Arvil (Junior) Smith, Jr. age 70 of Blue Ridge, passed away December 9, 2011 at his home. He was born April 1, 1941 in Gilmer County, GA to the late Arvil Smith, Sr. and Arizona Long.
Survivors include a host cousins and other loved ones.
Funeral services will be Monday, December 12, 2011 at 1:00 pm at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home with the Reverend Jo Dan Wilkins officiating. Interment will follow in the Pisgah Church of Christ Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home of Blue Ridge, Sunday, December 11, 2011 from 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home for Jr.'s funeral expenses. Arrangements entrusted to the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home of Blue Ridge, GA. You may send condolences to the family and sign the guest register at www.cochranfuneralhomes.com.
