Annie Stella Jane White

Mrs. Annie White, age 93, passed away Saturday, March 10, 2007 at Fannin Regional Hospital. Mrs. White was born Friday, May 16, 1913 in Nantahala to the late Charlie Lewander Dills and the late Betty Holbrooks Dills .She was a member of Bear Paw Baptist Church, Murphy, NC. Annie was preceded in death by her daughter Alice Crisp, and son, Joe White.

Survivors include: daughter, Florence Burger, daughter, Lee White, son, Lewis White; grandchildren, Jo Ann Ray, Marvin White, David White, Michael Burger, Gary Burger, Lewis White Jr., Stephen White, Billy White, Sandy Gregory, Renee Parton, Junior Weaver, Ricky Weaver, Karen Harris, Scott White, Lisa Burke and Tiffany White; great-grandchildren, Brandon Burger, Stacy Burger, Candice Forrest, Laura Ray, Jason Ray, Amy Bearden, Adam White, Eric White, Christopher Ray, Travis Keith, Kelly Keith, Misty Crisp, Adam Burger, Tyler White, Natasha Weaver, Joshua Harris, Lawrence Weaver, Brittany Weaver, Stephanie Burke, Jo Anna White; great-great granchildren, Blake Bearden, John Lee, Brookleyn Burke, Kaliegh Burke, Derek White, and BrandonWhite.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, March 13, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. from the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Ernest German officiating. Music was provided by Mr. Harry Gilbert. Interment followed in Swanson Baptist Church Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers were: Michael Berger, Jason Ray, Stephen White, Adam White, Junior Weaver, Ricky Weaver and Gary Burger.
