Cochran Funeral Home of Blairsville announces the passing of and services for Annette Lucille Freer, age 60, of Blairsville, Georgia.
Annette went home to be with Jesus on Monday, December 21st, 2020. She was preceded in death by her father, Vincent Freer; step-father, James E. Cone, Jr., and a brother, Timothy Lee Cone. Annette was a member of First Baptist Church of Blairsville, and loved to be on the front row of every church she was in. She enjoying camping with her family, and had been influential to starting Friends of Disabled Adults and Children (FODAC). Annette made a lasting impression on everyone she met.
Loving family members include her mother, Barbara Cone, of Blairsville; brother, Bill Freer; step-brothers, Errol Keith Cone, James D. Cone, and Gary Cone; two step-sisters: Melody Cone and Lanette Cone. Many friends also survive.
Funeral Services have been scheduled for Monday, December 28th, 2020, to be held at 12 p.m. noon, at First Baptist Church of Blairsville, with Dr. Fred Lodge officiating. The family will meet with friends on Monday at First Baptist Church of Blairsville beginning at 10:00 a.m. before the service starts on Monday. Burial will be in Choestoe Baptist Church Cemetery.
