Anna McCray

Anna Marie McCray, 60, of Hayesville, North Carolina, passed away Sunday, July 2, 2023. 

Anna was born October 12, 1962, in Albany, GA. Anna was preceded in death by mother, Mary Hardin; and her spouse, Michael McCray.

She is survived by her sister Glenda Camaret; sister Dorothy Moxley; brother Craig Stamps; sister Kellie Roach; sister Gayle Watkins 

She was a member of Fires Creek Baptist Church of Hayesville. Anna loved teaching bible study and vacation bible school. Mrs. McCray loved her beloved Dog "Prissy" and enjoyed every minute of her time with her family.

Visitation will be on July 7th, 2023, at 11:00 am at the Fires Creek Baptist Church in Hayesville, NC. Service will follow at 12:00 pm at the Fires Creek Baptist Church in Hayesville, NC. Interment will be at the Fires Creek Baptist Cemetery in Hayesville, NC with Rev. Dennis Ashe and Rev. Dallas Crowder officiating.  

Pallbearers will be Benny Kirby, Tony Lands, Blaine Barnett, Cordell Lands, Michael Matheson, Craig Stamps.
