Andrew Jones

Finch-Cochran Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. Andrew Jones, age 83, of Epworth, Ga who went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 11,2018. He was born on November 16,1934 to the late Frank and Emma Hughes Jones. He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers Albert Jones and Porter Hughes, as well as, one sister Patsy Boyd. Survivors include 2 daughters, Jennifer (Chuck) Case of Tea, SD; Kim (Kenny) O'Neal of Copperhill, TN. 3 grandchildren Dakota (fiancé Erica) Case, Samantha (Matt) Allen and Austin O'Neal; Sisters Dora Smith, Joann (John) Stokes, Nina Carver one brother Clifford Jones. Andrew was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He treasured his children and grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 30, 2018 in the Chapel of Finch-Cochran Funeral Home of McCaysville, GA at 10:30am. The family will meet with friends prior to the service from 9:30am-10:30am. Interment will follow at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, GA at 2pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to "Fannin County Senior Center" or "MATS" (Mountain Area Transportation Systems).
