Mr. Alton Gordon McDonald, age 70 of Mineral Bluff, GA, passed away Tuesday, October 7, 2008 at Union General Hospital. Mr. McDonald was born Saturday, January 8, 1938 in Lowdnes Co. Ga. to the late Gary Vester McDonald and the late Tiny Anna Nesmith. He lived and worked in Cobb County for almost 40 years and retired here in 2002 .
Survivors include: wife, Bobbie McDonald, daughter & son-in-law, Tambra & Randy Logan of Mineral Bluff, grandson, Caleb Logan, sister, Geraldine Grier, brother & sister in law, Jack & Joann McDonald of Austell, brother, Gary McDonald.
Memorial service will be held Saturday, October 18, 2008 at 12:00 from the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home Chapel.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday, October 18, 2008 from 10:00 am till 12:00 noon.
