Alice Faye Jones, age 75 of Hiawassee, passed away Saturday, May 14, 2016 at Chatuge Regional Nursing Home. Alice was born January 29, 1939 in Chattanooga, TN to the late Samuel Melvin and Leona Kathryne King Jones. She attended Enotah Baptist Church.
Survivors include: sister, Sandra Joyce (Noel) Nicholson of Hiawassee, sister, Patsy O'Dell of Ringgold, Brother, Jim Ballard of Falling Water, TN, sister, Susie (Jerry) Kellis of East Ridge, TN, Brother, David Chastain, sister, Brenda (George) Johnston, and Brother, Aaron Chastain, all of Ringgold.
Funeral services: Monday, May 16, 2016 at 2:00 pm at the Cochran Funeral Home of Hiawassee with the Rev. Bradley Thomas officiating. Music provided by: Diane Rogers . Interment will follow in Enotah Baptist Chrch Cemetery. Pallbearers: Greg Mitchell, William Derochie, Forrest Derochie, Wesley Ballard, Aaron Chastain, and Jeremy Underwood. Honorary pallbearers: Jim Ballard, Noel Nicholson, Jerry Kellis, and George Johnston.
The family will receive friends at the Cochran Funeral Home of Hiawassee, Monday, May 16th, 11:00 am - 2:00 pm.
