Ada Jewell Collis Callihan, age 95, passed away at her home on Tuesday, October 1, 2019. She was born in Fannin County on June 24, 1924, to the late Allen Collis and Gaily Garrison Collis. Ada was raised in a large family and loved to tell stories about her childhood and all the good times they had together. She loved her family tremendously! Ada was always working in her flowers, and her yard was beautiful. Above all, she loved spending time with her family. Ada was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Callihan, daughter-in-law, Shirley Callihan, sisters, Ruth Anderson, Edith Cochran, and Grace Callihan, brothers, Clint Collis, Young Rose, Glen Collis, and Earl Collis.
